Overview: Horwath HTL Hungary & Russia have followed closely the development of the subject property since its planning phase and prepared several market and financial feasibility studies with cash flow and return on investment projections. The project included several components such as vacation real estate for sale, resort hotel with an extensive spa, entertainment facilities, casino and numerous retail outlets.

Horwath HTL Solution: We have reviewed and optimised the original concept based on the return expectations of the Client and assessed the market conditions in various phases of the project. During the entire process we have also provided assistance in communication with the financing banks.
As a result of our work our Client received continuous aid in his decision making concerning this complex mixed-use asset.
