Horwath HTL Solution: The purpose of this assessment was to advise Client in its decision-making concerning a new hotel restaurant development in the Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest. In addition to detailed market assessment findings, the study provides a review of the development concept for the proposed outlet and its impact on banquet revenues and asset value of the Hotel. The subject project is a two-phased redevelopment of the entire ground floor of the Hotel. The combination of the proposed F&B and banqueting spaces and flexibility will enhance not only the F&B and banqueting revenue potential but the general appeal of the Hotel. The report serves as a tool for discussions with architects, designers, and other interested parties.
