Market and Financial Feasibility Assessment and Valuation of a Proposed Internationally Branded Luxury Resort

Horwath HTL Solution: At the request of the Mauritius Commercial Bank Horwath HTL has been approached by the Developer to assess the future market and financial potential and determine the Fair Value of the proposed internationally branded luxury resort. On the basis of our financial projections, and future EBITDA, we have prepared a value estimate by using the discounted cash flow (DCF) method to calculate the net present value (NPV) of the resort.
