Portfolio Valuation of MaMaison Hotels Portfolio
Horwath HTL Solution: The assessment included the operational and financial review and audit of all properties within the chain comprising 12 hotels in 5 countries. The evaluation of the hotel portfolio has been used to show the financing bank, the ERSTE Bank Austria, the value of the hotel portfolio, on the basis of the properties’ profit generating ability on the assumptions of their trading potential in the respective markets the hotels operate in.
Status: Assignment completed in 2012, portfolio was sold to CPI Hotels
